TUAL has a network of Consultants across Sub-Sahara Africa with varying expertise: in the areas of Urban Development Processes, engineering (electrical and civil) works design and implementation, Policy Planning and Analysis, Agricultural Research, Agronomy and Agri-business Studies, Health, Organizational Development, Financial Management, and Monitoring & Evaluation. The organization has grown to be a world class development player providing services in a responsible, responsive and ethical manner that meets the local, national and global needs of our clients.
The policies of TUAL Research are generated by its Board of Directors. The Board also ensures quality control of consultant assignments although they often do not have direct contact with Clients. They ensure timelines are met and strict adherence to deliverables with ultimate quality. Management of the Firm consists of four Directors (Principal Consultants), ten local and nine international Associate Consultants. The Managing Director, who is one of the Principal Partners, heads day-to-day administrative work. One Finance and Administrative Manager assist the Managing Director. Two Administrative Officers assist the Consultants in the day-to- day management of the firm.
